Through movement, story, and shared practice, we will explore how to weave this tool of support and connection into our daily lives and the ways we care for ourselves, our families, and our communities. This workshop precedes the ''cerrada de caderas" aka ""closing the bones" class that Wendolyne shares with love and care, to Circles that respect ancestral knowledge, Wendolyne learned this techniques from her grandmother, mother, and aunties in Tenancingo, MX.
