The heirloom project exists in an effort to center wise woman and indigenous technologies and the cosmological threads that connect them. These technologies have long stewarded birth and infinite iterations of becoming. It is my truth to treat these practices, treatments and beliefs as universal heirlooms. They are from the earth and for the earth and I seek to uplift their power and intelligence over artificial intelligence. I continue to see them meet the needs of and become solutions to oppression, trauma, overwhelm and overconsumption, addiction, sub fertility, divorce, disassociation, orthorexia and more. This is not a denial of science but in fact an ode to the systems backed by the great force that pulses through every living thing.

My care promotes a decolonized approach to health, that acknowledges the ancestral, collective and individual narratives that perpetuate physical, mental, emotional and spiritual symptoms and patterns.

My experience weaves 15 years of study and 6 years of service in,

Folk Herbalism & Limpiando
Appropriate for women wishing to arrive into deeper vitality through plants, remedios, limpias and prayer. These sessions are rooted in Curanderismo and Western Herbalism. We begin with a platica and conversation about your symptoms and will then explore the best cleaning and or protocol. The limpiando or cleaning can range from a honey rose limpia to sweeping the body and field with a plant bundle. Due to the intrinsic relationality between humans and the plant world, this work is accessible to every body.

These sessions are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The frameworks and traditions from within I work are guided by the laws of Nature, God and the wise women that have come before me.

Entheogen Preparation & Integration
Appropriate for women preparing for or returning from an entheogenic journey. This work will help her prepare for and or integrate the visionary, psychological, spiritual and physiological effects of working with consciousness altering medicines. I combine the use of amazonian cleansing rites and technologies; with an awareness of how colonization and personal lineage/history impact our relationship with ceremony, the medicine itself and altering the mind. The tools and perspectives she receives will fortify her relationship with entheogenic medicines, altered states and mysticism. 

My work is for a seasoned journeyer just as much as it is for those new to journeying. Our experience with medicine evolves over time and I love to support women in their reorientation toward the medicine, ceremony and prayer.

Interdimensional womens health - Appropriate for all women. These sessions combine my studies in somatics, curanderismo, womens reproductive health, western herbalism, birth and postpartum. My decolonized approach to womens health is best suited for women who want more spaciousness around their symptoms and greater coherence in their bodymind.

This work is not about forcing her body into a desired outcome, but about holding space for her body to utilize its vital intelligence to express health while being in the cosmic dance with Truth. Expect the utilization of plant/animal remedies, somatic practice, visualization/meditation, and cleaning.

Birth Attendant - Appropriate for pregnant mamas living in the Southern Rocky Mountain region. My gifts and knowledge are best translated in a home birth setting, however I will stay with a mama in the event of a hospital transfer. As a presence in birth, my hope is to prioritize and amplify the vital force and physiology of the motherbaby. My encouragement and advocacy is subtle; and mirrors that of an auntie, rather than a granny midwife or partera whom I’m honored to stand behind.

If a woman is seeking a medical provider or licensed midwife, none of my services are a replacement for that kind of care, education or state oversight.

Postpartum Care - Appropriate for mamas between one day and two years postpartum. Depending on the need and my physical proximity to the mama, will determine if I work with her virtually or in-person. We will make space for her experience in pregnancy and birth to be expressed while tending to the physiological requirements of postpartum. This work is not exclusive to women with live births. I am honored to serve women who have released their pregnancy or had pregnancy loss.
