Welcome to the heirloom project, where I seek to protect and devotedly practice the traditions of birth keeping, plant allyship and woman-led health care. I arrived to the project through studying the impact of colonization and religious institution on indigenous health care systems and technologies.

I hope for my work to promote a decolonized, feminine and ancestral approach to medicine and health.

My experience weaves 15 years of study and 6 years of service in the following modalities, clinical & folk herbalism, birth stewardship, womens health, Curanderismo, Yoga and Ayurveda, modern dance, Alexander technique and Skinner Release.

Much of what I have learned and now share emphasizes an environment where health can be amplified and spontaneous healing can unfold <3

Heirlooms are things worth cherishing and protecting. In this space, they are the tools, stories, ways and knowings of health that have been passed down for generations.
